This one is a late post as I simply forgot to share this, my goals this year were to be more balanced and to center myself and connect myself more with nature. So I started the New Year by doing yoga as it was the best way to start my new years resolutions. One of the best places to do yoga is outdoors amongst nature, there is something so peaceful about it by being more connected with our surroundings. My favourite place to do yoga in Sydney would have to be Yoga By The Sea at Bondi Beach. The view is not only incredible but on a clear day you may be able to spot a whale depending on the season. Yoga by The Sea holds daily classes at Bondi Ice Bergs club and have two types of yoga on offer. Bondi Yin is a more gentle and medatative form of yoga whilst Bondi Yang is a more energising form of yoga. Depending on how you feel you can choose either form to suit your mood. If your looking for a nice way to reconnect yourself with nature and find your balance away from the hustle and bustle of this big city then I highly suggest trying out this style of outdoor yoga.
